  We parked around back because of our vehicle, went in back door only to find out they were closed inside at 8:20 at night. Were told we had to order on the app to get service...no thanks.

  Will not be doing business here for the foreseeable future. I made an online order, showed up a little early so I knew I’d have to wait a little bit which was fine, but i figured I’d pay while I wait and both the old ladies in the kitchen acknowledged my presence, then looked away and pretended I wasn’t there, they did that on two occasions in the same visit. You can cook my wings I won’t be paying for them, I’ll spend my money somewhere else. I’ve had similar issues with other pizza huts and I always get the same response “we’re sorry you had a bad experience, please fallow this email link so we can make this right” then they never reply to your email, so it’s not just an isolated incident, Pizza Hut as a whole is a terrible company that doesn’t care about the people who put money in THEIR pockets. Edit: after calling the establishment to report these two women I find out one of them is the MANAGER, gal by the name of Gene, the other wasn’t even an employee, genes friend was just hanging out with her in the kitchen, neither one wearing any kind of hair nets or gloves. Absolutely poor and unprofessional management.

  Think was an altogether disappointing experience. My wife broke her arm, so I was going to get her some of her favorite foods, which includes the barbecue beef pizza from Pizza Hut. She also likes the garlic bread with cheese, so I ordered those two things, plus a chicken Caesar salad for myself. I sat down and waited for the food to be ready. After about half an hour, a woman (not the one who took my order) came out and saw me waiting. She asked if I was waiting for a to-go order, and I replied in the affirmative. She looked up my order and found the pizza & bread had been stuck in the warming oven. Nobody bothered to bring it out to me when it was done. As would be expected from a personal pan pizza, it was very dried out by the time I got it to the hotel. She found a salad for me, but gave me no utensils until I asked for them. When I got to the hotel, I found sporks, not forks. There were no napkins. This whole experience was bad. I would not go back to this location without some sort of assurance that there have been improvements, like replacing the management.
