  If you're seeking out the nostalgia of a dine-in Pizza Hut, save yourself the trouble on this experience. Traveling through town and my husband made us come here because of that. Pizzhuts are nothing special in my book. They're your basic pizza and breadstick that gets the job done if you do take-out or delivery, but don't make the mistake of dine-in. It's 2 o'clock in the afternoon so we're the only ones there. Immediately after showing us to our table, my husband goes to the restroom and I haven't even sat down yet. The girl working the front register comes to take our drink order. Not sure why she thought we'd be ready yet when I hadn't even sat down and my husband wasn't seated either so I found that annoying. She's clearly very inexperienced and her attitude/tone didn't express she cared about customer service beyond bare minimum. I asked if their tea was sweet or unsweetened and her response was, "I don't know, I don't drink it", which is never an appropriate answer. If you don't know, go ask, but this is something you should know. Then I asked if it's brewed or comes from a fountain. Her response to that was the beer comes from kegs... we ordered water after this. I went to the restroom myself immediately following this and immediately once I sat down she comes back asking what we want to order and let her know we weren't ready yet, but did want to do an appetizer of the cheese bread. She said she couldn't do that because it had to be put in all at once. That's the first time I've ever been told anywhere we couldn't do an appetizer before ordering our meals. I don't think more than 60 seconds passed before she came back again. Sent her away again and then let her know when we were ready. For a girl who was so pushy to have us order she never came back once after we had our food. Not for drink refills, to ask how everything was, or if anything else was needed. This "dine in" experience was no better than had we ordered at the counter. Aside from her hounding us to order and bringing our drinks this was no different than fast food. It certainly wasn't deserving of a tip but I left one anyway. The attitude of this cashier and lack of friendliness showed she's in the wrong industry.

  Employees dont wear gloves when making food and dont wash hand enough between tasks. Made a comment about to employee but nothing happened.

  We had a good experience with this Pizza Hut, but did notice that diners after us didn’t. They say they didn’t have enough people working. Don’t know why people weren’t allowed to just order and use one of the many empty tables to eat. Miss the old Pizza Huts with salad bars and we could eat in. Also couldn’t use the app pricing which was a lot lower than the menu prices.

  We parked around back because of our vehicle, went in back door only to find out they were closed inside at 8:20 at night. Were told we had to order on the app to get service...no thanks.
