  Think was an altogether disappointing experience. My wife broke her arm, so I was going to get her some of her favorite foods, which includes the barbecue beef pizza from Pizza Hut. She also likes the garlic bread with cheese, so I ordered those two things, plus a chicken Caesar salad for myself. I sat down and waited for the food to be ready. After about half an hour, a woman (not the one who took my order) came out and saw me waiting. She asked if I was waiting for a to-go order, and I replied in the affirmative. She looked up my order and found the pizza & bread had been stuck in the warming oven. Nobody bothered to bring it out to me when it was done. As would be expected from a personal pan pizza, it was very dried out by the time I got it to the hotel. She found a salad for me, but gave me no utensils until I asked for them. When I got to the hotel, I found sporks, not forks. There were no napkins. This whole experience was bad. I would not go back to this location without some sort of assurance that there have been improvements, like replacing the management.

  As a traveler who just stopped hoping to get the old school 1990s Pizza Hut experience, I was highly disappointed. The wait staff was hanging out with a group of people in a booth playing with a dog. The dog made it's way to the kitchen a few times. But, whoever made the pizza did fine.

  i’d prefer if you accurately reflected your hours of operation. if your not open and accepting orders till 9 don’t say that.

  When you walk in at 7:15pm and the first thing your told is "we close for dine in at 8pm." You should know what the service will be. Really wanted set down old school pizza hut. After placing my order and waiting for food I see all workers are stuck on their phones. After I had my food I see that we also have a dog(puppy) we are walking in and out of the kitchen with. When I am sick tomorrow I will know why. Just don't go it is the first PizzaHut I have ever said just close it up. Please don't go.
