very, very, very bad experience. Both girl busy to talk. She don’t care about the customer in the line.. . No any hello no any thank you. . after Payment, she throw food on my side like I’m bagger. and when I asked to her put some dressing on top and she reply, why are you not told me before?
I visited this location with a team driver and the experience was unacceptable;
Ryleigh, your behavior came across as dismissive, impatient, and unnecessarily confrontational from the moment we asked for a brief moment to decide, and instead of maintaining basic professionalism expected in a customer-facing role, you chose to respond with visible irritation, rushed service, and careless handling of the order; if you are having a bad day, it is your responsibility to manage it without projecting it onto customers, because attitude, tone, and body language are part of the service, not separate from it, and the unnecessary remarks made when I simply requested a receipt only reinforced the lack of respect and composure; this is not about perfection, it is about baseline professionalism, and what was displayed fell well below that standard and reflects poorly on the establishment as a whole.
It's PROM tonight and they have a $700 order, there are 5 employees working, one of which I know from another restaurant in town that recently closed, the manager was in there getting elbows (but 100% sanitary)deep right along with the rest of them. They were an absolute breath of fresh air, today had been a pretty rough day, but they were ALL so incredible, their attitudes, the quality of service, food, and going the extra mile because of a mistake on OUR PART, we love this Subway anyway, but it'd been probably 3 months since we'd been in. They more than know what they are doing , and I can't remember things most of the time, but I won't ever forget every single one of them, how they treated us, and just the overall experience, without a doubt 5 stars, I wish they got bonuses based on their customer service skills.
Just echoing what many others have said, staff sucks. When asked if I could have less sauce than usual, I was ignored and she then proceeded to squirt half a bottle of sauce on my sandwich, and then continued to make under her breath remarks to all the other toppings I asked for.
2:40 PM shouldn't converse about customers when they leave out loud. Definitely disrespectful to make fun of the African clients who came in and just wanted a sandwich a certain way.
