  Ordered a burger combo and sonic blast through door dash, where a refund has been made. Mayo, tomato, lettuce, and onion were all marked to be left OFF the burger and all of those things were left on it. When I picked up my Sonic Blast, the ice cream fell straight through the bottom and hit the ground. Called Sonic to explain this issue as well, as employees are the one's making the mistakes of an order, and so they could possibly look into their other cups so it wouldn't happen to someone else and the first employee who answered was extremely rude and hung up on me; when I was able to get in touch with them again I was able to speak to a manager and that was a better experience although I personally was probably a bit rude after getting a faulty order and the fact my ice cream was no longer edible. Still very disappointed. Wish I could include a photo.. review doesn't show an option.

  First I’d like to say that the only reason I gave one star is I believe that one bad thing shouldn’t warrant 1 star. Second I’d like to say that food whose every was fine and two order. The main issue was that after walking up and order the wait time was over half an hour for food, it seemed like they’d forgotten about their walk in customers.

  We were driving through North Platte on our way to Utah and decided that Sonic sounded like a great place to stop and get some food after driving for several hours. We did not check the hours online but when we pulled in, the open sign was on and all the menu parking spots were lit. We were about to park when an employee spotted us and immediately turned off the open sign followed by him shutting off the lights to the entire parking lot. Had we been informed they were closing or had already shut the grills off we would have been totally okay. But not a word was said to us and everything was shut off while the employee even made direct eye contact with us and smirked.

  Ordered online. Checked in on the app and parked into a spot right in front of the door. Waited over 15 minutes after my pick up time then finally asked a carhop how much longer it would be(they had come in and out several times and obviously saw someone was in a pick up spot). They brought out the food which was longer hot since I'm assuming it was ready at the pick up time. And of course, the order was wrong but I was over it at that point
