  I found a long black in my sandwiches I couldn’t finish it and threw it away. U guys should really wear hairnets to prevent that from happening. Also watch them drop someone sandwiches on the floor and proceed to give it to the customers. This is gross and really disrespectful to customers

  I’ve always liked Jimmy John’s, but the location here in North Platte, Nebraska was really disappointing. The sandwiches are moderately priced, but this time mine barely had any meat. It was mostly lettuce and tomato, with just a tiny bit of meat spread out to cover the bread. I honestly felt like I paid for bread and veggies. I don’t mind paying that price if the quality is there, but this was not worth it. I hope they can improve their portions because this is not the experience I’ve had at other locations.

  Jimmy John’s got a GLOW UP. The customer service, the sandwiches, the cleanliness - the everything! I used to tolerate coming because it’s the only location within hours of us but the customer service was awful. The (new?) employees are SO friendly and actually care about the sandwiches they’re creating & serving to you. So happy about the refresh - if you’ve had a previously poor experience, give it another chance! You won’t be disappointed.

  I ate in. Nice big and clean place. That includes the bathrooms. Counter help was friendly. Food is what you expect from Jimmy John's. It looks like the negative reviews are from people getting their delivery or takeout orders wrong. Not a problem if you are eating there.
