- LMLeAnn Moore1 day ago3.0This is not a very good Chick-Fil-A which is sad since it is so new. Food was good however we had to wait 10 plus minutes and a group that ordered after us got their food first. Went back amd got ice cream afyer eatimg meal and had to wait another 5 minutes. Service was slow, no access to napkins, silverware, or any condiments (you have to request everything from staff), and bathrooms were not clean and trash was overflowing. It is definitely not the usual and expected service that people have come to associate with Chick-Fil-A.
