Lately every time I get my sugar-free cookie butter, light ice With the works, It tastes like pumpkin spice. PUMPKIN SPICE IS SO GROSS!!! I have gone back in the same day, and got my coffee remade. Literally, three times in one day. Just for it to taste the same, like Pumpkin Spice. The one gal that works there, she is so sweet! That I could not tell her that my drink WAS still wrong. I just took it, and left. Threw it away. When they’re slow, it taste like pumpkin spice. When they’re busy it taste like pumpkin spice. When I have it remade by the ones I know can make my drink perfectly, It still tastes like Pumpkin Spice. I cannot enjoy my coffee, and I don’t wanna go anywhere else so can we please fix this issue? Maybe Have designated things for the pumpkin spice??? I don’t know, but at this point….I’m wasting money, and not getting my favorite part of my day fix. Most of the employees are very sweet!! Very few act like I’m a total Karen. When I just want what I paid for. Is that so wrong?

- AVAlexandria VargasJul 31, 20262.0I visited this location every morning (sometimes twice a day) for the two weeks I was here for work. Quality control is an issue at this location. I had to drive back a minimum of five times as my drink was made incorrectly (missing an added flavor, made with wrong milk, missing shot). It was extremely disappointing and even my drink this morning was made incorrectly—customers should know the drinks they pay extra for are done right. Really disappointed. What also sucked, is when I had to come back (if I had time) I just got attitude from the baristas like it was my fault. So then it’s uncomfortable to point it out.
