  Waited at drive thru speaker for over 10 minutes a yr 8:15 pm Monday 7/13. Be with you in a moment. When I complained about the " moment" was told I was rude. Told to leave. She said they backed up. Went inside, there were 2 customers. Terrible rude service!

  Had their pulled pork they have been advertising. Should have stuck with the roast beef. The BBQ was not that great.

  I went through the drive-through around 2:30 with nobody else in the store or in the drive-through. The lady couldn’t even get my order right and decided to just pick what I eat instead of what I ordered. Also cannot get the fact I ordered a large correct. Also had to ask for my change back Multiple times, and they kept shutting the window in my face while I was talking

  Went for lunch on Saturday. Had quick service but my buffalo chicken sandwich looked like the chicken had been murdered in the wrap. At least try to get the sauce where it belongs. I don't know what the deal is but the floor is always sticky. Lastly, when we got to the car and looked at the receipt, we had been charged $1 for "Charity Hand" as well as an upcharge (round up) because we paid with cash. What is the deal with adding a charity donation with asking?
