  The West O location in Lincoln is a joke. Your standard wait time is 20 minutes in the drive thru line which is insane. If you stick around long enough to actually order and get food...its wrong. Pathetic.

  Genuinely the most brainless, careless, ignorant fast food place in all of LINCOLN NEBRASKA. I had ordered online, and when i went to go pick my food i had to wait in line for 20-30 minutes for only 3 cars to get their food, only to then get home with my food and realized they forgot 50% of my food. So i drive allll the way back and they do this want to remake me a fresh HOT order and send me on my way, i then get home and realize they STILL forgot my chips AND hot sauce. Stay away from this place unless you love getting frustrated!!!

  I waited 20 minutes for a drink and I walk up to ask where it is and they didn’t know how to make it. The customer service was rude and unhelpful.

  On my hour lunch break I attempted to get a quick bite to eat from this location. I pulled up to the drive thru and was not helped for 5 minutes. When the employee finally noticed my existence she asked if I had a mobile order. Which I stated no, she told me that the restaurant was putting a pause on orders. No explanation why or any sort of apology for the inconvenience. Unacceptable.
