  3 tacos and a pepsi! Waited for 10 minutes in the drive through. I got home only to find they got my order wrong. I live too far to go back and get it right. This place is a freaking joke.

  Went here for a late night dinner… excitement was coursing through my veins to try the new Olivia Rodrigo Baja Blast. I’m a big fan of the regular Baja blasts. Imagine my surprise when I put my straw in and go to take a drink and taste nothing. Turn my flash on and what do you know my drink is practically clear. Don’t know how these drinks are made but if something is not applicable to do it’s job let the customer know and adapt. I’m easy to please but this is ridiculous. Anways very disappointed because I didn’t get to try something new.

  Waited at intercom for over 10 minutes for a respond. Finally got to the window and waited another 15 minutes at the window just for a mobile order.

  It’s not just this Taco Bell, so I’m not just harping on this location specifically, but you can forget being helped by a human being if you go into a Taco Bell anymore, so, sorry if you are of the older generation, or don’t understand how to place orders on a touch screen with serious delay sensitivity issues. After placing your order, you can expect the employees to serve about 32 cars before getting to your order, hence seeing an empty lobby, with a peeved customer who has been standing there waiting for his order for over 20 minutes, us sitting here waiting longer. Once our food is done, the ingredients are correct and hot, but thrown together carelessly and obviously in a rush. But we do love Taco Bell, so it obviously doesn’t deter us from coming back knowing we’re just going to go through this all over again, no matter what location we go to. We just don’t like a mexi-mess in the car, or luke warm soggy Taco Bell when we get home.
