  This location has a downright talent for always having the most watered down soda in the world. Like sparkling water that sat next to the logo for a soda. We always regret buzzing through the drive through for a Baja, anymore.

  Lobby is always dirty. Staff ignore the front counter, both customers and delivery drivers picking up. The build your own luxe box is always unavailable in the app at this location, even though they usually have all the product to fulfill the order. The late night staff are the worst. There is one man in particular, tall man with a beard. I’ve seen him changing trash, then going back to the line to make food without washing his hands. He has also insulted delivery drivers as a whole. I wonder if the management is unaware of these problems, or if the management is aware and simply does not care. I suggest trying Amigo’s nearby instead. They are about the same price and quality, but the staff at Amigo’s at least acknowledge and respect their customers.

  been a customer for months but the drive thru wait has gotten actually ridiculous. every time i go there i think “oh this time will be different” and it never is. waiting in line for 10+ minutes time and time again regardless of the number of cars is wild. even if u place a mobile order, it will not be ready by the time u get there. i recommend just going to the south pointe location over this one and based off of the other reviews, many people are having the same issue + sanitation issues. not sure if it’s understaffing or what is going on but i personally work fast food and know the process and there is no reasonable explanation for the insane drive through waits… i do not think this location will stay open much longer.

  I would give this specific taco bell a 0 star rating if possible. This is the only store in Nebraska that you can't order parts of the full menu, such as the build your own luxe box. They also generally get your order wrong in some way, so do yourself a favor and just avoid this location.

  It was slow. Didn't seem really with it. The refresher drink was weird. They just let it settle.
