  Poor customer service, I ordered maybe 5 things and was waiting for 50 minutes. This has happened on several occasions upon coming here. I do not recommend going to this location.

  If you order online, this location won't make your food until you tell them you're there. Also they're super slow. Over 10 minutes late on the app's done time. If you want taco bell, find another location which actually cares about their customer OR go just down the street to Taco Johns.

  This is by far the worst Taco Bell I have literally ever visited, anywhere. I have sat in their drive thru 3 separate times where food has taken almost an hour to get and you’re blocked in so you can’t drive off. Food is always wrong and borderline destroyed when you receive it. Slim Chickens just opened up next door, and we watched them go through 14 cars before we even got to the window and we started at 4th in line when we pulled up. Make sure you don’t have plans to get to if you’re visiting this location.

  Witnessed an Older guy. Probably in his late 50s/60s walks in. Stands at the counter. Doesn't want to use the kiosk. Staff holler for someone to go to register. Person comes to the counter. Old guy says I'd like two crunchy tacos. Then the staff interrupted him and says I have to make a phone call and to use the kiosk... The old guy clearly frustrated said that's ok I'll use drive thru. When the old guy left. The staff was laughing and making fun of him. We cancelled out order got a refund and left. I get it. Kiosks are handy. But not at the expense of customer service. The three times we went there we've had crap customer service. The cleanliness is horrid. Seeing this interaction with an older gentleman was frustrating. The first time we went there we thought it was just a bad day. Ok. We all have them. Gave them a second and third chance. Likely won't be back.

  Watched an older gentleman come in and ask to order at the counter. One of the cooks hollered at what appeared to be the manager or supervisor. He asked the gentleman what he wanted but before the guy could complete the order said "actually I have to make a phone call, can you just order at the kiosk?" He said he'd just use the drive though and they laughed when he left. They didn't have what I ordered, and I waited about 10-15 minutes before they told me (they were not very busy). At that point I just cancelled the order and asked for a refund. Again, the supervisor was called over to the register. He gave me cash instead of it going on the card. I heard him move a penny over but he didn't even communicate about the .01 which is whatever - just icing on the cake when I didn't get the penny. (I don't care about the penny, but communication is key). Just all around bad service. Subway on the other hand was fantastic. Go there instead.
