  We used to come at this location months ago, but we would wait in the drive thru line over 30 minutes just to order and pick up our food. Today, nothing has changed with how backed up the line gets. I have so much respect for food service workers, and I understand that stuff happens, maybe short staffed. But it’s been like this for so long. It doesn’t matter what time it is during the day! It sucks because it’s close to us and convenient, but now after today we would rather drive to another location and avoid this one.

  This is the slowest fast food you will ever find! I live nearby and love taco bell in general, but this location is the slowest in the industry. Such a shame.

  Been here three or four different times now where it takes 45 minutes to an hour to order and receive your food. Some people wait 45 minutes in line and haven’t even ordered yet.

  Never coming here again. Took more than 20 mins for a regular meal deal. I get the food and there’s barely any beef

  They handed me my food and said here you go, it’s a little messy for you. The burrito was spilling out of the side.
