One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. One girl was blonde with a tacky puka shell necklace and the other brunette girl was a bit chunky with glasses and a tye dye shirt. This was at 2pm on August 3rd. Brunette took my order. I got a pizza. She wouldn't look up at me during the whole interaction. She didnt change her gloves. She was also making another pizza, which I assume was an online order or something. I couldn't tell which one was mine or if one of the ones she was making even WAS mine because she wouldn't respond to a thing I said. She picks up my pizza to put in the oven, I stop her and ask for extra cheese. She puts on two more sprinkles of cheese. She picks up the pizza again. I try to stop her again to ask for a little more. She ignores me and puts it in the oven. I tell her i was going to ask for more. She pulls the half cooked pizza out of the oven and puts more cheese on it and puts it back in. She yells at me to checkout with the blonde. She tells her to ring in cheese 3 times. I've never had them stack the add on button before, usually the one fee covers as much as I want. I dont really care about the money. Its policy I guess, whatever. I ask about it, and the blonde says "well yeah but it stacks when you do triple cheese." And the brunette says "yeah thats what happens when you get a whole pound of cheese." Just a rude tone and not a good way to explain it to a customer. Like I work in food. I understand the fees were probably policy for inventory or something. I feel like they easily couldve explained that. There was no reason to be so rude and dismissive to me. The comments/tone/dirty looks were so obvious and unnecessary. Then i guess the brunette tried to salvage the interaction by calling me sweetie at the end? Weird. And its not like I came in with an attitude. I wasn't in a rush or bothering them or anything. They only had like one other customer (who they were also rude to!). I said hi, please, thank you, ma'am, etc. I was honestly just confused by the attitude. Just put the cheese on the pizza bro.

Food: it's a subway Service: amazing. The worker was fast, super polite and knows the stuff (maybe 20-25y.o. 5'10-6', dark short hair) Atmosphere: it's a gas station... But it's relatively clean and the music was alright. All things considered: good experience - which, in general, is a rarity with Subway.
