  We frequent sonic about once a week and lately the service has been awful. When pulling into a stall or the drive thru, we often times have to wait up to 5 minutes before anyone will answer us to take our order. It has not been busy during these times. We don't often order food but instead get two simple slushes. We have waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes to receive them and when they are given to us, they are incorrect (sizes, missing sweet cream, wrong flavor, etc). After two separate doordash orders were incorrect, which have the drink order clearly laid out on the receipt, I called the shift manager of the location. They assured me the staff has been spoken to about proper timeliness for answering orders, but I can't help but wonder at this point if basic competency can be taught. I'm not normally one to complain but I'm sick and tired of paying for something and not receiving the correct item. Shame on the management staff currently responsible for this location. Based on my experiences here lately and the reviews of others, I can see their guidance isn't making a difference.

  It’s kind of funny I came here to leave a review and it was at a 3.9 which I feel is just so I’m leaving a four star so hopefully stays at a 3.9

  Your food is really just usually meh at best. I am writing as a delivery driver. I had to wait 13 1/2 mins for the order I was picking up after I got there. It was about a 5 minute drive there, so why does food take about 20 minutes to make? The car next to me ordered after I got there and got there food before me. That’s really frustrating.

  Pulled into a stall hit the button right away figured out what we wanted.... nothing... hit the button again... nothing... finally just pulled over to drive thru to place my order
