  I placed an online order at 7:23 for delivery. Said it would be delivered at 7:53. I live about 5 minutes from the store. I wait until 8:20 before leaving my house to head to the store. When I get here my food is sitting in the warmer except my wings that are sitting above the oil. They were cold. So I had to wait for them to make new ones. Now all my other food is cold and it's 8:49 and I'm just leaving pizza hut to head home. They need to do better

  Call them at 11:20 PM on a Saturday night. They are open until midnight. I wanted to make a delivery. They answered the phone once and put me on hold for 40 minutes. I called them back and they put me on hold again ended up having to put my order on online. absolutely, horrible service

  Ordered 2 large pizzas light sauce and got no sauce pizza was almost all crust over 4 inches around outside and between the 2 pizzas was not even enough toppings to do 1 pizza done with Pizza Hut spend $50 and don’t get your money worth at all

  This is the 3rd time I have ordered delivery from this store. The first time I ended up having to drive there and pick up my food over an hour after it should have been delivered. I was refund plus still given my order. The 2nd time everything was great but this time I was missing my salad and marinara. When I call tye store I get transferred to a call center instead of the problem just being addressed directly. This will probably be my last order considering I'm eating a dry, hard melt with no sauce and just to get my sauce that I already paid for, I would have to sit on hold for an hour.

  Ordered pizza online through their app. A few minutes later a received a message saying doordash will be delivering my order ( iv never used door dash). No big deal time passes and I look on the app it says my order is 5 minutes away. Great, then i check my text and click the link for tracking and the door dasher cancelled my order. I received nothing saying my order was cancelled. I tryd calling pizza hut only to be put on hold. While on hold i drive down to the store once i get here the place is a mess. They have little to no staff the phone is ringing off the hook and people all over. I finally get to the counter and tell the employee everything. They stated the order was picked up. She offered to remake my order, cool, awesome, great but then she came back and said they are now out of stuff crust. Ok no biggie. But i paid with apple pay and she can’t issue any kind of price change with apple pay. Ok, i know she can’t control that but now it’s just one thing after another. So i waited and Its now been 57min since my order was supposed to arrive. And still nothing but she did offer to refund my order.
