  20+minutes late for deliveries and messed up orders for pickup, I'm over this location at this point. Just drive the extra couple miles to go to a different location. Plus everyone there looks pissed to even be there. Only saving grace is the food is good.

  I ordered online and when I arrived in store they told me the order was cancelled because someone else with the same name cancelled. I was fine waiting for them to make my pizza. Once I got home, I realized they made the wrong pizza so I had to drive back. Then they were yelling at each other and it took forever for them to make my correct pizza

  The food here sucks I placed an order and I got a over cooked pizza not good! I always liked pizza hut I dont order here very often but this time the food was really under par. Maybe I caught them on a bad day but the food was really unenjoyable.

  I hate that my address determines my delivery access. This location is just bad. Today my disabled child hit something wrong and they weren’t able to pay online. Pizza was delivered and we were to pay at the door. The delivery driver didn’t know what to do. Not her problem. She called her manager. He was a problem. She gave me her personal phone, he wasn’t sure what to do either. I , while holding my card and a personal check, asked what he wanted. He said he didn’t need my attitude. I said that I wasn’t his employee and would like to pay. He stated the same. I said if we could not pay at the door that the website should not have that option. He said he was done or something. I found it funny that he thought he was denying me over priced bad pizza. I felt bad for the driver.
