Also, don't get an attitude and start throwing things around when I ask for the extras I paid for to be added to the order. Hire more people so the few you have aren't so frustrated. Expect the volume to drop at your location if this is how you act.

Watching the Papa Tracker the delivery driver driver literally right by my house to deliver and waste 30 minutes delivering another pizza before getting mine delivered absolutely ridiculous way to route your stops. We all had COVID over Christmas, so this was the first chance we had to get together. The pizza came, none of the order was correct. I called, got nothing. I sent a text, didn't get offered a refund, for someone to bring out more pizza, not even an apology. I can't believe it. It's not easy for me to come up with that kind of money. It wasn't even anything we liked, so we didn't even just "make due" and eat it anyway. It was a horrible experience.
