  Twice this week I’ve ordered around 1 a.m. and been served old, reheated food. First visit the fries tasted like they’d just been tossed back in the fryer for a few seconds — greasy and nasty. Tonight the chicken in both the nuggets and the sandwich was cold and hard. Barely edible. Late-night service shouldn’t mean leftover food. Disappointing. Definitely avoid late night.

  Everytime I order from this specific McDonald’s they often end up missing items tried resolving by calling and hung up on me mid conversation

  Used to be a good fast food restaurant but now I have experience I said is not good anymore they don’t care the customers they just go try to get paid and maybe don’t have a supervisor or manager and this is a 84st and holdrege

  Been going here frequently for 7 months since they opened, just use the drive thru and usually use their app for free food. Since I'm close by it's convenient and fast to take home so never been inside. Food has always been correct and fresh. I think a couple times they've upgraded drinks or fries without me paying for it. Lines aren't bad either they seem well staffed and quick. Certain foods probably take longer. Hopefully it stays as one of the "nice" mcdonalds. Oh and they're open 24 hours one of the only places like that anymore.

  The remodel is beautiful, but it is almost impossible to get an employees attention if you need something. They don’t have ketchup, napkins, etc in the lobby so make sure you check for those things before they walk away.
