This location consistently “parks” drive through orders despite an immediate need to. Food has been cold despite waiting the extra 10+ minutes for food.

VERY clean dining room. I think we got there after the lunch rush so food was out very quickly. It was delicious. Bathrooms were very clean.

This McDonalds consistently is horrible! They continually give out the wrong orders to people in the drive thru. How hard can this be? No one checks the orders and no one follows through with helping a customer. How can one place continually be so awful! I blame the ownership for not taking control of this situation. You will continue to lose customers to the O Street Gateway location as this one is just that “bad”

I was really excited when it was announced that this McD's was being built. However, it's literally the worst one in the city. So bad. I think if this was the last one in Lincoln, I'd just be done eating McD's. Now, I just go out of my way to hit up the best one in town at 66th and O. Hopefully you get better someday...
