- BEBaraa Eisa2 days ago1.0Terrible experience! Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional staff. I am sharing my shocking experience with this restaurant's night shift today (May 18, 2026) at the drive-thru. Rude Manager: While trying to get my order, the manager hung up the phone on me and sharply told me to leave if I didn't have the order number. Insults & Disrespect: They proceeded to insult me and slammed the drive-thru window in my face. Mockery: There were 5 employees standing around; none of them helped. Instead, they were laughing and talking about taking a break while ignoring me at the window. Verbal Abuse: When I finally received my order, the employee directly cursed at me with highly inappropriate language. This behavior shows a complete lack of basic ethics and customer service from both the staff and the manager. Absolutely unacceptable. Avoid this location!

- JPJakob ParrottApr 2, 20261.0I severely do not appreciate being treated like an idiot by the manager a taller black man with a bald head after having to come inside to request my food after waiting 10 minutes for my curbside order and being told I was not at the store when I checked in despite being parked in pick up spot 2 when I did so. The only reason I didn't press the issue further is that this store had already wasted enough of my very short lunch break. I will not being spending my money at any McDonalds for the time being as this was the closest location to both my home and work so it's not worth spending my extra time and gas on.
