- LCLance ChaulkMay 3, 20261.0Worst McDonald’s in Lincoln – Avoid this location This McDonald’s at 27th & Pine Lake (2700 Pine Lake Rd) is by far the worst in Lincoln. I’ve given it multiple chances over the last 6 months, and every single visit has been a horrible experience. The food quality is consistently terrible: • Hamburgers have been pink/raw inside multiple times. • Chicken nuggets are either undercooked (raw inside) or burnt/overcooked. • Fries are often barely cooked — soggy and inedible. On top of that, the staff is rude and most of the employees honestly look impaired (like they’re high or under the influence). Service is slow, careless, and unpleasant. I now drive out of my way to go to any other McDonald’s because this one is so unreliable. The repeated food safety issues (pink hamburgers and raw nuggets) are a real concern. Management needs to step up immediately on training, supervision, and basic standards. If you want decent McDonald’s in Lincoln, go anywhere else. This location needs serious improvement.
