They had one person up front who was definitely new helping everyone and multiple ppl in the back making doughnuts not lending a hand up front. Also the manager sitting in the office not helping the front counter. Three customers walked out because the wait was too long. The kid did his best and he needs to be complemented. But the rest including the manager needs to take a class on customer service. It was terrible. Do better!!

- SJStacy JonesJun 11, 20261.0I purchased a dozen donuts and a dozen donut holes online. When I picked up my order the employee working seemed very rushed. When I was handed my order both boxes had so much glaze on the outside of them. The dozen of donuts looked nothing like the spring donuts I had ordered. The glaze on the yellow ones were hard. All of the frosting on the strawberry ones had slid off. The appearance was not appealing at all. The taste was not that great either compared to other krispy kream donuts we have had in the past. I am really hoping that the staff member was working alone and/or short staffed that morning and this is not something that is a regular with this store. However, it was a very disappointing experience and I will more than likely not stop at this particular store in the future or recommend it to anyone. Hopefully if it is a staffing issue they work on getting that fixed as soon as possible.

I went into the store 2 minutes after my order was scheduled to be ready and my drink was not yet started. I waited at the counter, and watched the staff member pull a long stirring spoon from a bucket of soap dish water, not rinse it off and proceed to make my coffee. When I ordered, I ordered it(and paid for it) to have an extra shot of espresso. When she went to hand me my drink that I was already questioning because of the dirty dish water spoon, I kindly asked if it had an extra shot of espresso to which the staff member stated it did not. I then asked if I could just cancel the coffee part of my order and have a refund. This staff person argued with me and then went and got another staff person who was sitting at a table in the dining room eating. She came to the register and asked what the problem was, very rude and unprofessional. I attempted to explain my frustration. She stated they would issue a refund online since I ordered online and "it will appear in the next 7 days." The younger staff person who initially made my coffee walked away and said "we get this a lot" (which that statement alone indicates there is an issue, and the older lady went back to her table and said loudly "everyone makes mistakes " (while I am still standing there). I said "everyone does indeed make mistakes but customer service is still important. " I would love to speak with an actual professional manager or the owner of this establishment. Looking at the recent reviews will tell you that this store is not doing well and the staff might benefit from additional training. I was super disappointed today and we will not be back to this location. Luckily, Lincoln had a lot of really good donut places and other options for coffee.
