- HBHypno BunnyMay 8, 20262.0What is going on at this location?! The lobby is NEVER open. Why? It isn't being remodeled as far as I can tell. Some of the staff is lovely and some of the staff is rude. When you get the lovely, polite staff, you can get fresh, light, bready, hot, delicious, ACTUAL Krispy Kreme donuts. However, If it's the rude staff, they will claim every item you ask for is sold out except plain glazed and then they are hard, cold, overly greasy donuts that feel days old. Just the plain glazed donuts! Those used to be continuously made and always fresh. So, how come the ones I got felt and tasted like gas station donuts that were being thrown out! They were not even the same texture that Krispy Kreme is known for. PLEASE get this store under control. Krispy Kreme donuts are the only kind I eat, and this is the ONLY location in town. I really don't want them to shut this location down for a lack of interest because it isn't being run properly. Please bring in new management! And hurry!

I ordered a dozen glazed. The counter girl switched which dozen she was going to give me FIVE times, between THREE boxes that had been sitting on the counter when I walked in. The donuts were very small and didn't even seem fresh. I will not return to this store in the future.
