  Ordered a 16" turkey. Bread was skinny and looked like a glorified bread stick. They cant make bread worth a damn. Asked for extra hot peppers and counted about 5 little slices. You cant watch them make your sandwich and they barely put any mayo on it. Mostly a bunch of lettuce. Ill never eat at another jimmy johns ever. Tasteless bread and skimp on the toppings .what a over priced joke. Then have the nerve to ask for a tip. Bahahaha hell no !

  The Jimmy John's on 84th and NE Parkway had the worst service I've ever had. They were super slow and not even apologetic about it.

  Pretty rough sitting in the drive thru for 15-20 minutes. I guess freaky fast doesn’t apply.

  Like other reviews, this is the worst location in Lincoln. I placed a mobile order to pickup theough drive-thru. No one said anything when we pulled up for a solid 2 min and there was no one in line ahead of me. When they did come to the speaker and I said I had a mobile order, she said pull forward but didn't ask my name. After another min or 2 came to the window to ask my name. I had a giant turkey tom cut in half and a protein packed turkey tom. She said they still had to work on the order so we continued to wait. I had selected for them to be named so we knew the difference. When she finally handed me my order I asked if they were labeled. She said, "they should be". They werent. And to top it off, none of them were protein packed. They were all exactly the same. And super skimpy to top it off. It's not a difficult task, but one they failed to get right. I'll never order from this location again. We regularly frequent 70th and A, so we'll only go to that location from now on.
