    Worst location in Lincoln! Whether you’re going through the drive-through, or ordering delivery, you’re in for trouble! Placed a $45 order one Saturday night. After 50 minutes with no update (just said “preparing order”) the order stopped tracking on the website and disappeared. I called the store, and they said everybody had quit, and the guy who answered the phone was just there trying to pick up the pieces. They ended up canceling and refunding that order. Next online order was a Sunday afternoon. After 45 minutes with no update, called to find out they don’t have a delivery driver. Instead of letting me know in the beginning (so I could’ve made other arrangements), they sat on it for nearly an hour, and then hired a third-party to come pick it up. Wanna guess how long that took? Start to finish, over an hour and a half! The last several times I went through the drive-through, it was least a 20 minute plus endeavor. Nobody says a word over the speaker for five minutes, then they tell you to pull up, and the window stays shut for another 10 minutes. Then they start working on your sandwich… As everyone else’s stated, the quality of the food has gone downhill. The bread is always hard, and I’m fairly certain it’s just because they don’t wanna bother to bake new bread fresh each day. And with every case, as usual, there’s zero accountability. Maybe it’s time to hire a couple adults to run the shop?!

    Slowest JJs I’ve ever been to. Order online. Drive thru. Go in. Slow and always understaffed no matter the day or time! Had to remind them I purchased a large Coke and I got this. Freaky fast delivery is a thing of the past it seems

    This is the worst Jimmy John’s I’ve been to. I come to it fairly often and despite being the first one in line I can never get my food faster than 10 minutes and have waited as long as 30. They gave me a store credit once but you can’t use it with any deals. I’m likely going to head to a different store.

    I come here almost every Friday of every week. Every time “Jett” takes my order I have to repeat it multiple times. Which is completely fine with me. What isn’t fine with me is when he has me repeat my order numerous times and still ends up giving me the wrong thing. Whether I order a large drink and he gives me a small. Or like today. I repeated I wanted jalapeno chips at least 3 times and he still give me the wrong bag. No other person at this location does this besides him. I swear every single time. It’s not that hard to grab the right thing. Especially after you ask me 5 times and repeat my order to me as well. Do better dude because it’s freaking annoying.

    Had to ask if anyone was there multiple times before they finally replied and told us to wait. We never heard from them again and eventually just left. The drive thru and parking lot was totally empty.
