  The Jimmy John's on 84th and NE Parkway had the worst service I've ever had. They were super slow and not even apologetic about it.

  Pretty rough sitting in the drive thru for 15-20 minutes. I guess freaky fast doesn’t apply.

  Like other reviews, this is the worst location in Lincoln. I placed a mobile order to pickup theough drive-thru. No one said anything when we pulled up for a solid 2 min and there was no one in line ahead of me. When they did come to the speaker and I said I had a mobile order, she said pull forward but didn't ask my name. After another min or 2 came to the window to ask my name. I had a giant turkey tom cut in half and a protein packed turkey tom. She said they still had to work on the order so we continued to wait. I had selected for them to be named so we knew the difference. When she finally handed me my order I asked if they were labeled. She said, "they should be". They werent. And to top it off, none of them were protein packed. They were all exactly the same. And super skimpy to top it off. It's not a difficult task, but one they failed to get right. I'll never order from this location again. We regularly frequent 70th and A, so we'll only go to that location from now on.

  Ordered a sandwich on the app and waited more than an hour for it to be finished and sat in their lobby for over 45 minutes. Nearly a dozen in store orders were made before mine came up. Also, when I said something to the staff they said "keep waiting"

  Friendly staff. Food quality is perfect and exactly what I wanted. Least expensive Jimmy John's I've found in Lincoln.
