  Touched my bread with bare hands, to hand it to the lady to make my sandwich with the hand infected bread. Proceeded to continue cleaning after, how disgusting.

  Absolutely an amazing experience! Such a wonderful staff, you don't get people who put love into the work they do very much anymore. I had the best sandwich from Jimmy John's i've ever had from this location. The team working on 4/26/26 was stellar. Polite and helpful and they hooked it up! Thank you guys!

  never get your order right, my third time buying from them and my third time not getting what I ordered. This is supposedly “extra veggies” and cut in half. Just take the drive and go to 70th and A.

  Do yourself a favor and order from any location buy this one! Customer service is rude every single time over speaker. They never remember the extra packets of mayo that were selected. And why have the options on the app to cut in half if the employees don’t follow all directions stated. 27th and King Lane is a much better and accurate location.
