- LMLucas MalousekSep 19, 20262.0I’ve worked customer service before so I’m typically pretty forgiving, but I’ve been in this Jimmy John’s 4 times now and every-time I’d guess it’s the cashiers first human interaction. I get a slim 4 no cheese, that’s a plain turkey sandwich and it’s been messed up twice. Again typically forgiving but it’s frustrating when it’s such simple things. 4/4 times I’ve asked for mayo at the counter, then again had to ask after getting my sandwiches. 2/4 times the worker hands me my two sandwiches and just walks away with a blank stare and no bag and no mayo, I’ve had to reach over the counter for it myself. Nobody can even fake like they want to work here it’s kinda a joke. It’s just the combination of every simple thing not being done correctly, over multiple different times is what gets me. No part of the experience from ordering, getting the food, or leaving has been pleasurable. 4/4 times it’s been displeasurable.

I called to let the store know & spoke with the manager, Mercedes & she was hella kind about it. Replaced my order with delivery! I appreciate her doing that b/c I wasn't able to get back to the store same-day. If you see this, Mercedes, thanks, again!
