I wanted to make sure people take notice that Early Bird is now tacking on a 3% "Restaurant Fee" to customer tickets. It's not a tip and I can only assume they don't want to increase the amounts on their menu because they're already pricey compared to other local spots. I'm guessing they're betting that many visitors won't look too closely at the check before paying. I've been here a bunch of times and the food and service are always fine but charging a fee that just goes to the owners (notice the sign they put up that's visible on the way out doesn't even complete the rationale of why they're adding the charge) and not the staff will probably have me looking elsewhere next time I head out to breakfast or brunch.

Went there for brunch Sunday. Oh my goodness! What a hidden gem. Food was amazing! Great menu variety, fun atmosphere, very little wait time. Sheren, our server, was a blast. She took care of us like we were family. We will definitely be back. Try any kind of their fresh toast...superb.

My family and I have tried multiple times to have breakfast at the Earlybird on Sunday only being successful once because I said we will WAIT it out. Literally you will need patience and 2-2.5 hours to burn. The tight parking lot and weird configuration sets the tone. Small cars are better but if you have a family of 5 or larger you will be playing tetris in the parking lot. Then you enter the diner. The waiting area is a claustrophobic tight fit in which you will find yourself sitting in a no backed chair that is not relaxing but mind you, you will be there a minute. If you are lucky enough and patient enough to make it to a table you are probably entering the 40-45 minute mark. Once seated depending on the staff you may get a drink within the first 10-15 minutes obviously bar drinks take longer. Then we can get to the order. They have a very creative menu and in my experience once making it through the gauntlet and multiple times having it served in business lunches, the food is good. Just not worth the wait. After receiving your food likely at which point you are at 1.5 hr marker. Close out is generally benign but the tetris parking lot will challenge large vehicles as you try to leave. I want to support this place but the food does not out weigh the frustrating environment and sacrifice of time. My family and I have taken refuge at a breakfast place on West O in which we have ordered and ate in less time that the waiting area at the Bird. I hope this review is helpful to all.

The food was disappointing. I ordered the cinni bobs and the carbragoon omelet. The cini-bobs were dry and crabragoon omelet had no flavor. The only flavor on it was the chili sauce. The other people I was also had the same experience. The hash holes were the best thing we had. Those were genuinely good.
