Pizza was good enough but i ordered Marinara of course that’s no ehere to be seen and pizza was not done on time. Again no problem with the pizza itself. Just wanted my marinara (cheesy bread needed it)

I ordered pick up, I arrived there about the time my pizza was supposed to be done, I walked in, wasn't greeted or acknowledged and immediately noticed they seemed to be short staffed. I had absolutely no problem with waiting because I understand there were multiple online orders being done and being short staffed doesn't help. The problem I have is while waiting I took a look around and it was ABSOLUTELY disgustingly dirty. One spot in particular (seen in the photo) had cob webs and dust all over the tv screen and below the food sat including marinara and pizza dough. Unless you want a little extra secret ingredient + dust flavored pizza, I would choose another location. As I mentioned before they seem short staffed but as somewhere that sells food, cleaning should be a priority. I would also add stepping up the customer service it can be stressful but at the very least acknowledging customers by saying "hello, we will be with you in a moment" is something.

I think this is a 'self-service' pickup location now. For the second time in a row, the staff ignored a line of five people for 15 minutes, despite our paid orders sitting four feet away on the rack. After we realized no one intended to help us, I told the staff I was grabbing my own pizza, they didn't even look up! The rest of the line followed suit. If you don't mind a DIY approach to customer service, the pizza is fine, but don't expect anyone to actually hand it to you. I didn't bother digging through their sauce boxes for the sauce that I paid for because I didn't feel comfortable doing it, but I'm sure no one would have cared or noticed if I did.

They don’t deliver to my home address, so I ordered 15 pizzas and a bunch of breadsticks etc for pick up. I had to actually go into the store to order the breadsticks because their website wouldn’t let me place an order online. I ordered it all the day before for pick up at 5:15pm, because I have a party of 60-80 at my home. Unfortunately, they didn’t start making my order until I arrived for pick-up at 5:15, so needless to say, I am still standing there 25 minutes later waiting for my food while I have guests showing up at my home and I’m not there. And they lied about my order being already in the oven so I had no idea that I was gonna be so late until I had already waited 15 minutes and asked. This is a very poorly run business. The “manager” was complaining about another manager to an employee saying how he said he’d be in charge when he got there, but he’s apparently an hour and a half late because of something to do with his ex-wife. This was the conversation that the manager was having instead of working and making the pizzas for my order. It’s totally unprofessional to talk smack to other employees when you are supposed to be the leader and in front of customers. I will say all of the delivery drivers were super helpful in checking me out, boxing my food and putting it in my car for me to help me out, but the manager didn’t even try to console me or talk to me about my order being delayed, not before I complained, nor after.
