Store so I called phone just rang and rang so I went to store and employee looked at me like he didn't even care so they remade my order just for ne to get home pizza was so raw couldn't even eat it horrible parm bread were completely plain no parm or butter e just plain absolutely disgusted by the whole experience very bad business

My family placed an order with this Domino’s location expecting a late-night pizza dinner. Instead, we spent nearly five hours watching our order get delayed over 27 times in the app. My boys actually started treating the delays like a game because they were so excited for pizza and couldn’t believe how many times the delivery estimate changed. What made the experience even worse was that the Domino’s app showed our order progressing through the entire process. We watched it go into the oven, pass quality checks, and appear ready for delivery. Then nothing happened. The order simply sat there for hours. After waiting until after 1:00 a.m.—almost five hours after placing the order—the store canceled it. By that point, every other restaurant was closed, and my family went to bed hungry. I attempted to contact the store for answers. I spent more than 30 minutes on hold and never reached a single employee. For over 20 minutes, the phone system indicated I was first in line, yet no one ever picked up. It felt as though customer concerns were simply being ignored. The lack of communication was unacceptable. Delays happen. Mistakes happen. What should never happen is allowing customers to wait for hours while providing order updates that suggest everything is progressing normally, only to cancel the order after every alternative dining option has closed. This experience raises serious concerns about the management, staffing, accountability, and customer service standards at the Domino’s Pizza located at 1230 P Street in Lincoln. I have never felt more misled by a restaurant. Hopefully this location is not representative of other Domino’s franchise operations in Nebraska, because based on this experience, I would have a difficult time trusting the company with another order. My family was left disappointed, hungry, and frustrated after trusting this business to fulfill a simple pizza order. Being left without food after waiting nearly five hours for an order that appeared completed is something no customer should experience. I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this location to anyone.

I re-inputted the same information four times, and each time, got an error. Weird, maybe my card is locked? I checked, and nope! Not only was it not locked, I got charged for the order each time it threw an error at me on the website! Irritating, but nothing a call to the store I'm ordering from can't fix. If the order did go through, I'll just dispute the other three charges. If it didn't, I'll just order from a different place. So, I called this location's provided number. "Number not valid." Okay? Probably just user error, I'll check a different source. Call the number again, "Number not valid." Awesome, so I can't cancel my order, check if it went through at all, or contact any support line. One star.
