  Ordering on the app for “less of a wait” is a joke. Ordered our food and 15 minutes after the time we were told it would be done, we still got parked and waited another 5 minutes. This happens all the time. Literally always. Then most of my food is cold.

  Orders usually wrong, slow lines and service. They don’t hire enough workers, and you can tell they are always rushing to keep up with orders while being short staffed. Blizzards are always soup, food always cold and missing condiments.

  This used to be our favorite DQ. Food was good and service was good. But the last few months have really went down hill. Slow service in the drive thru, blizzards not mixed well, food cold. Tonight I had to repeat my order 3 times and still got it wrong. Cheeseburger was good and hot, but fries were cold and old. Don't know what has changed, but hope it gets better.

  There are not enough employees hired at this location. Everyone is working as hard as they can, but most of the time it looks like only two or three people are working per shift. This is something the company has to invest in. I’ve waited multiple times 30+ minutes for a single order of food. I’ve left before with no food as it just isn’t realistic to wait half an hour for fast food. Keep in mind I order on the app to avoid waits.
