    I have a hamburger and a blizzard both were well made. The hamburger was hot presentable. No the best hamburger I ever ate but was good. The blizzard was good they specialize on making good blizzart .

    I would say more like dairy.....okay. the girl at the window was chill.She had a nice nails.She gave my dog the water with no ice. But the fries?cold. The burger? Old. and my doctor pepper wasn't smashin. To the affair, I wasn't quite feeling Dairy Queen either, but It was close and my dog was thirsty, i wasn't wearing a bra, so I wasn't gettin out of my car. Dairy queen is like that friend that shows up, but really isn't that much help, but you appreciate them coming anyways. You alright dairy queen.

    Some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced in Lincoln. Every time I come here, there’s an issue. The staff seems disorganized and not on the same page. I was asked multiple times what my order was and who it was for, like nothing was being tracked properly. Then I was told to pull around and wait 10 minutes because my order “hadn’t shown up in the system,” which doesn’t make sense from a customer standpoint—that’s something the staff should be managing, not pushing onto the customer. On top of that, the environment felt unprofessional. The cook in the back was loud and laughing the entire time, which came across like they weren’t taking things seriously. Overall, it just feels sloppy and inconsistent every visit. Definitely needs better organization and more professional customer service.
