  The food was not good and the cashier was rude. She didn't even talk. Napkins weren't available. Had to take paper towels from the restroom.

  We had dinner for Mother's Day near by and decided we would get ice cream afterwards. We went into the restaurant and it was a mess. Everything was especially dirty. The young man taking our order and handling cash was also preparing food. We waited 25 minutes for 3 blizzards, 1 shake and 2 simple caramel sundaes. Our blizzards were only half full of ice cream and they completely omitted the brownie pieces from mine. For the price we paid, we were disappointed with the quality. We will not return to this location despite it being close to our home. We will take our business to the nearby locally owned ice cream store that is consistently clean and costs less.

  I feel like a few months ago things here were really good but recently there have been lots of errors in my orders, and the blizzards have been unforgivably inconsistent. I almost always ask for extra brownies which I am charged for and maybe 3 out of ten times do I get it. This evening I got a blizzard same as always, extra brownie pieces and today I could not find a single solid chunk of brownie in my medium dish. Just crumbs and chocolate chunks. Which is very disappointing when I pay nearly $7 for these each time.

  There drive thru is always extremely slow and takes forever. I have had great service here at times, I have also had not so great service too.
