  Overall I love food from Chipolte, but this visit to the north 27th Street location in Lincoln, NE was very disappointing. Several people ahead of me trying to order what they wanted to eat but being told they were out of all but one meat choice. When I got up there to order it was scraping the bottom of the one meat bowl, the rice wasn't as fresh as it should be and several other toppings were looking poor or scraping the bottom of the bow.l They made no attempt to take the time to get fresh. I was told there was no other meat choice and wasn't offered a chance to wait for fresh to be cooked even when I asked when it would be ready, take it or leave it. There was a grill cook and he had the grill completely full trying to prepare new. It was like the server/person taking orders just wanted to skimp by with the food they had, filling bowls and getting as many people through the food line as possible not caring if people were getting half portions or if they were happy and getting the food they wanted. Beans were at the bottom of the bowl too. I also ordered a side of Chips and Guacamole, he scraped my guacamole from the sides and bottom along with all the other scraps that had fallen into it during the rush. I tried to overlook that, then when I got home with the food and my husband and I started eating the chips and guac, we had stale chewy chip that seemed as though they had been sitting out soaking up the moisture in the air. I might try them again at some point, or just stick with another location.

  I've been putting off writing this review for about a year because I genuinely like Chipotle and wanted to keep giving this location chances to improve. I eat here 2–3 times per week for lunch, so this isn't based on one bad experience. The biggest issue is the inconsistency. Portion sizes vary dramatically from visit to visit, especially with protein. On many occasions, ordering a regular serving of meat results in a bowl or burrito that feels under-portioned, and ordering double meat has become the only way to reliably get what seems like a normal amount. With current menu prices, a meal here costs about the same as lunch at many sit-down restaurants in Lincoln. At those prices, customers should be able to expect consistency. What concerns me most is that many of the reviews for this location mention the exact same issues. When the same complaints appear repeatedly over a long period of time, it suggests a management or training problem rather than isolated mistakes. I like Chipotle and would prefer to keep coming here, but I'm at the point where I'm going to start driving farther to visit other locations because I can't count on getting the same experience from one visit to the next. I hope ownership and management take the feedback seriously because there are clearly loyal customers who want this location to succeed.

  This is the worst chipotle in Lincoln. Staff are rude and they constantly mess up my mobile order. My most recent visit they charged me for extra chicken when I never asked them to add extra chicken, it was a normal portion of chicken and they charged me extra for it.

  Yall be giving these online orders some horrible treatment. Should honestly take it off completely they way you charge soooo much but give absolutely nothing. Acting like you are the ones paying for the food yourselves. Even if you tip them to kinda give yourself a leg up and hope your order is at least made right , but nope. They screw you everytime. You have to literally go in the store and watch them make it and even then you are met with horrible attitudes and half scoops until you call them out on it. Chipotle used to be so damn good now its just another small portion money grab. Absolutely done giving yall a chance to do better.

  Worst service I have ever had at a Chipotle. One team member on the line 15+ guest deep. I was waited 25 min. Luckily I got there with only 7 people in line. Both cooks came to the line multiple times to just talk with the customers not help them. Cashier couldnt even get a cheese dip by herself. Waited at cash register for no one to help. You may think they were short staffed but I saw 7 people walking around while only 2 people were making things. As a supervisor I would have been upset with the team and definitely handed out some write-ups. 1 guy working the drive through and 1 up front. The 15 plus people behind me I feel bad for them if it continues like it was it will be over an hour before they get their food.
