  Been ordering here for 10 years now. They have got better over the last two or three months. At times before they had issues with staffing, not having enough people to do in person orders, online pickup only. But like I said, better lately. Food is good, good portion for what you pay. Shrinkflation hasn't really hit them much. But prepared correct, quickly, politely. Just plan to wait a couple minutes in line at lunch as they will fill up quickly.

  I ordered a double steak burrito through their app. Was given a burrito with rice, beans, cheese, and exactly one piece of steak. For $18. An absolute joke, just like this Chipotle. The evening crew seems overwhelmed by the thought that someone will come in and actually order food, and the manager appears to be equally as incompetent. Anyway, did you know that Chipotle has been sued multiple times since their norovirus outbreak in 2015, and causes more food-borne illness in the US than any restaurant other than McDonald’s?

  I ordered doordash from this location and my food was disgusting! Burrito was mush mostly sour cream and rice and the chips were burnt. Clearly they dont take care of online order customers 🙄 I don't recommend this location!

  Every time we come the orders are messed up! Tonight we ordered online! They missed half of what we asked for! Asked and paid for for double chicken and barely got any! !! Done with this place!

  Chipotle, chipotle chipotle. I am so infuriated right now. I’m not even gonna lie. I’ve never done a review this slow because I believe in second chances. But as it stands, this is absolutely by no doubt the worst location I’ve ever been to. The service phenomenal workers so respectful, but if I’m being honest, the food was terrible. The rice undercooked the queso so cold chips discussing burned no salt. I will give them this though the quesadilla absolutely phenomenal two scoops of chicken extra cheese chipotle I love you for that you do your thing. But if you’re looking for a phenomenal chipotle in Lincoln, I would avoid this one at all cost. Go to the O St. or the pioneer Woods dry one. Those are where it’s at but right now tonight, dinner is not right here. Dinner is home where the heart is. And this chipotle does not have a home or heart atmosphere extremely disappointed, but I like to look at the good things so I shall recognize their amazing service and Mexican vibes in here! The workers were so respectful and kind and they really gave me some good portions tonight!
