  I went thru drive thru and the person who took my order was rude and unprofessional. When I got to the window, I asked for a manager. Manager came to the window and I let her know who took my order was rude. She chuckled and said I’m so sorry but in a humorous way. The next day the police showed up at my house and said the owner had me trespassed for being a nuisance and disturbing the peace.

  Messed my order up three times, when i kept coming back the girl working at the window was annoyed that I kept coming back and kept rolling her eyes and doing hand gestures everytime I'd drive off. I usually have a really good experience at this Chick Fil A but not today. It was not my intention to keep coming back, but the first time a salad was missing, the second time i went back because the gave me the wrong salad, and she asked for that salad back not sure if it was to throw it away or re sell it. Third time I came back and she clearly looked annoyed and said "what is it this time?" I said as I was eating my salad i realized it wasn't even the right one. She asked to see everybody's salad in the car because she must've thought we were lying? when she realized that my spicy salad was indeed missing she asked to see the salad I had already started, I asked her what she was going to do with it and she just grabbed it and rolled her eyes. She told me to park outside and wait for my other salad. This was such an awful experience compared to everytime I come.

  I took my two toddlers here (south pointe) today and it was the best experience I've ever had. Charlie is the kindest man, he went out of his way to make this mama's day. He deserves the best this world has to offer, a true God send. Thank you Charlie, from the bottom of my and my husband's hearts.. thank you! 🩷

  Used the app to reorder our last meal, select a table, enter table number, waited a couple minutes. Then a friendly young person brought us our meal! As usual, the meal was great! I had the southwest chicken salad with grilled/ warm chicken and my wife had the cob salad. Then we also split a large waffle fries and large diet Dr Pepper. We regularly do the same thing for a quick delicious meal!
