  Service can be very slow even when not busy. Bone in wings are good if ordered extra crispy. Tuesdays are the buy one, get one 50% off but must have the app to get that price.

  Wayyyyy faster than my previous experiences with BWW (i.e., the downtown location). My wings came out in like 10 minutes. They were delicious too

  We visit this location often at work and place orders online and pickup. More times than not, our order is incorrect and/or missing items already paid for. Rather than confirming the order in front of the customer the orders are taped up and handed to whomever is picking it up. Multiple times these orders were missing sides, condiments, hot food came cold and in some instances the food placement has ruined an order such as laying COLD chicken strips on top of a stack of tortilla chips (which was also missing the salsa) and required someone to clock back out of work and return to get the corrected order. It’s happened more than once. We return because we’re limited on what is available close enough not drive on a standard lunch break. It’s disappointing there seems to always be something incorrect with the orders. Seems to be very little staff on hand as well during the week at lunch time which may be their issue. UPDATE: The following day the manager (Jon) reached out to discuss our experience. I appreciated the time he took to hear the details of our concerns and explained the corrections being made on their end. We’ll continue to order from this location in hopes we don’t experience the same issues. Mistakes happen, our lunch times are short and we appreciate any help in correcting this so we can continue to order the food we enjoy and not spend time going back to the store to get our order corrected. He did refund the portion of the order that we were dissatisfied with and we appreciate that. Thanks Jon for taking the time to address this with your team and to reach out to us about it.

  Pretty mediocre. Everytime my boyfriend and I go to Bdubs to eat, the quality of food is never the same! Hatch queso is supposed to be a light yellow or white and pretty runny, well the hatch queso we got today was thick and tasted like velveeta. Was I served old queso that someone just threw in a microwave? Yes, I probably was. I can literally flip the bowl upside down and it won’t move. Every single time I eat at Bdubs, I leave disappointed and disgusted. Would not recommend.

  Wings were very good and staff was friendly. Ketchup bottle at the table was empty. Need to fix the suggested tip on the bill. The first ticket brought to the table had a suggested tip. I noted that the 22% tip was just under $15. After the waiter took my credit card and returned with my receipts, I noted the suggested 22% tip was now over $15. Pulled out my phone calculator and checked. Sure enough, the second receipt included the taxes charged in the tip suggestion. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that this may just be oversight, but most people agree that the customer would not agree to pay an extra 22% on the tax. It may give some the impression that you are trying to pull a "fast one" on the customer. You should consider calculating the suggested tip given on the credit card receipt be based on the cost of the meal, not the cost of the meal with taxes and fees included.
