    Ordered the Angus Cheese steak it was so soggy it was like soup in a bun and I ordered it to stay so I ate it right away also got a order of potato cakes ...$22.74 very disappointed.I took a picture of the mess but I didn't know how to post it but if management wants to see it I'd be glad to share it

    Ordered food through DoorDash, they ran out of what I wanted, they replaced everything. They communicated perfectly , and even gave us a coupon. (Which was totally unnecessary, as it was out of their control.) RAISE THE WAGE FOR FOOD SERVICE WORKERS!!! Your employees are amazing.

    Food I actually got was ok. Missing some of my order. Recieved random things on the other part of my order. Called to see what can be fixed and the woman on the phone was very sincere. She continued to try and help me but was continously told to stop by a background male voice. The man in the background ID'ed as the "manager". I was annoyed my order was messed up but the man was clear as day saying its not our problem, tell him call door dash, and hang up on him... When I said I wanted to speak to the big boy voice telling you what to say behind you I got the man who said yes I'm the manager. Everything out of that man's mouth after was this is how it can be fixed and we are sorry. I love Arby's but dang girl you're horrible. PS Im going to canes tomorrow for my tea im missing
