  Ordered lunch and I asked for extra sauce on my beef and cheddar and they put so much on it that I had to eat with a fork and knife so I called the store and the so called manager acted like he didn’t care and didn’t even know what to say like what are they doing if you don’t have the experience to be a manager and know how to handle customers then you should not be a manager. I am usually a very understanding person but damn Do better Arby’s

  Usually they are fast and friendly, but this time I could barely hear them thru the speaker. Had to repeat the order several times. Wait time was unacceptable and except for the potato paddy everything else was cold

  Generally speaking, I don't have an issue with this location. We almost exclusively go through the drive-thru and we tend to get everything we order, and it tastes the way it should. All you can ask from fast food, really. But I'm a bit perplexed (and maybe offended) that my chicken bacon swiss was lacking chicken. I'd be less upset if it was just left out of the bag entirely, but instead I'm topping this sandwich with a couple of my kid's dino nuggets to make up for my lack of chicken. So maybe just uh... make sure your meats are present.

  Slow, rude, will not be returning ever again. Might want to do something about the Sunday crew. Terrible
