  This is going to sound harsh but this Arby’s might have the worst workers or they just don’t care about delivery orders. I have yet to order from here and get what I actually ordered. They always forget something I paid extra for. Sloppy and half done. Can’t even remember to put ketchup in the bag.

  Third time we have been here first time a couple months ago they said they were out of roast beef as we walked in the door. Always have to stand and wait when we come in because it is later and they don’t want to serve us. Close at 10 came in at 8:50 and you would think 5 min before close. Today the food was all sitting in the fryer baskets and cold. I know we should have just went somewhere else.

  Its bad enough this place looks dirtier the longer you look, but theres plenty more wrong! Computer system sucks. Kitchen is kicking food out as fast as the next one can get put in. Sauce bar? Doesn't work. Like its all bent up and broken, idk if it matters if theres sauce. And finally, I pay $13 for what looks like a kids patty and they cant even melt the cheese. Waste of time and money until corporate spends some cash to fix this disaster. Oh and dude on the fryers keeps touching his face with no gloves and then continuing to touch people's food.

  We only went through the drive thru, but we went for the $7 box deal which is a great deal! You get a beef or chicken sandwich, your choice of side, we chose potato cakes, which came with 2, 2 mozzarella sticks, and a peach cobbler roll. Before, in baked fruit goods, I only liked apple or lemon in them, but this thing was AWESOME! Now, when we adopted our beloved dog, we soon realized that Arby’s is her absolute FAVORITE! She goes BONKERS for it! So to comment on the service, I’ll say two things, 1. We love people that love our dog, and when the employee opened the window to take payment, he busted out laughing and said, I LOVE your dog! She’s back there dancing! We told him that Arby’s is her absolute favorite. And 2. After taking payment and handing the drinks out, which I failed to mention were part of the box deal, they had our boxes ready immediately and ALL of the items were PIPING hot! Nicely done!
