  I had a great experience when I was at this location a couple of days ago! One of the workers Abby was very sweet and personable! She did a great job organizing and multitasking! We need to get these workers some cool mist on these hot summer days! Overall 5/5

  I have been coming to this location since the day it opened and I love love love it the staff is amazing they have never messed up any of my drinks orders and once I was in the drive thru and the wind blew a sign into the side of my car not their fault and it left zero damage yet they still without me asking gave me a free drink I’ve been to the other 3 locations coffee is just as good but the service at this location is stand out for me!!!

  My wife went and had terrible service. Instead of taking my wife's order she goes to a friend in another lane and few cars back to take their order and chat. Really? And service was super slow. She waited over 20 minutes before girl got around to coming back to her own lane and take orders. Said was difficult order. Tell them to pull ahead to wait so line keeps going!! Who wants to be trapped in the coffee line for half an hour??

  I know it was busy hour around 11:00AM and orders sometimes get messed up but this experience was deeply disappointing and inexcusable. You guys had a big team to go out taking order (that’s front end), and a crowded shop to churn out coffee. Now, you had five employees skipped my car and one of them also spent time chit-chatting with her friend’s car behind me without having any awareness on the job. To me, your whole front (taking order) team during that lunch time was just an completely unfocused, low-aware customer service that either you need to re-train again or you better pay them more to have your employees giving a crap. Now, after the front took my order at the booth to make it up the mistake but somehow it came down to the shop made both my coffee incorrectly. How can you messed the order up even after you had one person assigned to make the coffee for one car than looking at the list of orders? I don’t know anything to say that this will be my expectation of your level of professional and service from now on. Maybe, I’ll never stop again for this carelessness and unfocused type of business operation. Sorry. I just can’t.
