  The most pathetic sandwich I’ve ever received. I ordered 15+ minutes ahead of time, was asked multiple times at the counter what the name on my order was, told my sandwich was ready via the app then waited 5 more minutes while workers chatted and was given a warm sandwich. I would NEVER go to this location again. They don’t care to perform fast services, and the quality was horrendous. Update: still just as awful! Sitting in line for 40 minutes for a single sandwich, one car moving every 15 minutes. It seems this location is understaffed or the staff just does not care to do their job efficiently. I see no reason to keep this location open.

  The service used to be great.. multiple times lately I’ve stopped in to grab a sandwich and was late to work due to long wait times. Only person in the drive thru and took over 10 minutes for one sandwich and did not get the cookie I paid for either.

  Got dinner here at 7:45 on a Saturday night. The bread is hard and old on every one of the sandwiches. The kids described it as a donut that had been out for a few days. Jimmy Johns used to be so good, especially their bread!!

  I stopped in for lunch today and had a mixed experience. When I walked in, I was greeted right away, which I appreciated. I went up to the register to order, but no one ever came over to help. It was clearly the lunch rush, so it seemed like the team may have been a bit understaffed. After waiting for a bit, I ended up just taking a seat and placing my order through the app at 11:29 AM. My sandwich was ready at 11:40 AM, and it was great as always. The food quality was exactly what I expect from Jimmy John’s. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, but it would have been nice to be able to order at the counter instead of having to switch to the app. Hopefully it was just a busy moment and not the usual experience.
