  I didn't get their names but whoever was working today, May 3rd 2026 at 2:00 p.m. was wonderful. They were super nice and I came in because my order wasn't made correctly and they were going to make me new tacos but I just told him to put whatever it was on the side. They were gonna do the tacos though! I appreciate how nice you guys have been. The food itself was okay but then again it's Taco Bell 😂 will come again because of service though

  The staff here is beyond clueless. I waited at the counter for 5 minutes before I literally had to say “hello?” for someone to acknowledge my existence. Then waited around for 15 minutes for a mobile order.

  Simple order of soft shells. Couldn’t even eat them they were so wet and cold! Disgusting shell was literally the same consistency of slime. Won’t be coming back. The food was literally made by someone who clearly doesn’t care. Bet the employee wouldn’t eat this but would sure be fine with a customer eating it because it’s good enough! Bad attitude from employees in drive through. Save your money do not eat here.

  Went through the drive thru and ordered a beef chaloopa combo with no lettuce and a cheese quesadilla with no sauce. Drove to the house and had 2 chicken chaloopas with maximum lettuce and a chicken quesadilla with spicy sauce and some random chicken wrap that wasn't ordered. Even the drink was terrible - the syrup ratio was way off.
