  Order a two topping ice cream and 60 percent of it was nothing but plain vanilla, the top and bottom had some but 8 bucks for a two topping? this is weak, be happy yall got 2 stars.

  I was gonna leave a 1 star review, for getting my order wrong, but the lady at the window yesterday was so kind and so good at her job that I couldn't help be impressed with her service. Just sucks that instead of the triple that I ordered, I got a double. But great service is great for a reason. And that's the only reason I'm giving this store 5 stars. We need more people like her.

  I tried to order through the drive thru and the worker was very rude and then refused to take my order, I sat at the drive thru for ten minutes until finally pulling up to the window where the workers looked at me confused and I told them no one is taking my order at the drive thru. They finally took my order but it was a waste of time that was unnecessary.

  I have been on strike from this location for quite some time because of how rude the employees are, the cleanliness of the staff and the service time. After almost a year I decided I would give it another try. Not only had NOTHING changed but the employee that brought me my food had so much dirt under his fingernails I didn't want my meal any longer, nothing in my order was correct, I waited WAY past the time it said my order would be ready and there was nobody there. I already filled out a survey with no response from anyone on this matter. Do better training on cleanliness of your staff. Absolutely will not come back to this location.
