What an excellent experience! I was here on Friday and enjoyed some live music while eating my meal. Wait staff was so extremely friendly and constantly made sure I was all good.

I have to point out the positive first. Wait staff was SO friendly and SO good. My tea was never empty, she was attentive to my boyfriend's lemonade waiting to get him a refill until food came out just like he asked. When she was too busy to refill my drink, I heard her ask another waitress to do it and I appreciate the teamwork. Mind you, I am a very thirsty person. As for what wasn't good, the food. It was so bland. I got their signature burger with house sauce and tots. They did not season anything? The tots were literally so bland, not even salt. I can tell that they unfortunately have pre made and packaged patties in the back and just throw them on the grill. The meat was just goo in the shape of a hamburger. They were stingy on the sauce which was the only flavor I could make out in my entire meal. As for my boyfriend, he had the philly and sweet potato fries. He doesn't have much to say other than "Yeah, it's Cisco food."

Came here over the weekend with my family. What a glorious experience! Staff was friendly and knowledgable, food came out hot & fast, and the atmosphere was top notch. Definitely somewhere I will be coming back to in the future. Especially with the Hooters near by closing.

It was Father’s Day at noon, and apparently 1 baseball team had already crippled this entire bar. Took a little bit to get seated, which was silly because we only had 5 people and the rest of the place was basically empty besides the big group tucked away in the corner. The person up front looked stressed and started throwing out excuses and warnings right off the get-go for why the service will be slow, essentially trying to shoo us out the door and give us a chance to turn around and go somewhere else, which to me is really bad business. We should’ve taken their warning because the service was…….a disaster. Our entree’s were brought out separately and many minutes apart, to the point where some people at our table were finished eating before others even got their food. The excuse was, “things got jumbled up in the kitchen”. Refills were never offered by our server, even with visibly empty glasses and watered down sodas sitting on the table. Also, some coasters wouldn’t hurt, as we had a swimming pool on our table because of how much our drinks were sweating. The food was actually pretty good, and came out hot. It’s still your standard bar food, but elevated just a little bit to make it different than competitors down the road. We had wings and burgers. Atmosphere was ok, we had to ask about putting the CWS game on the TVs, which to me is silly if you’re going to call yourself a sports bar in Omaha during the CWS, AND you have a baseball team sitting in your bar. Quickest part of service was getting the check and collecting money……..shocker…….which was dropped off by our server without any sort of apology or sincere “thank you, have a nice day!” even with all of the issues. However, to our surprise, some items on the check were comped, which I did appreciate considering how much of a train wreck this was. Don’t know if I’ll give this place another chance, even if we just caught them on a bad day. I can’t imagine how they’re able to operate at max capacity, when a single big table on the weekend, in an otherwise empty bar, cripples the entire staff and kitchen. There are better options in Omaha.

We watched the Smash Bro Tournament and of course ate & drank! I had a Pepperoni and hamburger pizza and hands down, it was one of my very favorite pizzas! I had it for 2 meals, and it was delicious reheated! My husband had a hamburger and fries. He said that was outstanding! There was one waiter in the Live side and he was constantly on the run, but saying that… he did a great job! He was professional, helpful, had a sense of humor, and was very efficient! When a Live Event has that many people, it would be helpful to have more than one server. We had a great time at the event! We will be back for the October SmashBro! It was very organized and well run! Thank you Hurrdat and Game Tea!
