Ended up with a box 2/3 of random donuts. If you can’t fulfill an app order, refund it. Don’t force a swap and call it good.

Every single time I order ahead on the app, they’re out of something I ordered, but instead of telling me, they just substitute it without asking. By the time I get back to work, I realize my order is wrong and there’s nothing I can do about it. I always order the Everything Stuffed Bagel Minis, and almost every time they give me the plain ones instead. Today they were out of Munchkins and replaced them with two regular donuts, even though I don’t even like donuts. They also told me a refund was not an option. I also paid extra for dragon fruit in my drink, and there was barely any in it. What makes it even more frustrating is that Dunkin’ isn’t cheap. I spent almost $20 on a drink, a sandwich, Everything Stuffed Bagel Minis, and a 10-count of Munchkins. For that kind of money, I expect to get what I actually ordered. I stopped coming here for a while because they constantly messed up my orders and started going to Starbucks instead. I decided to give Dunkin’ another chance today, and it was the exact same experience. This location is clearly poorly managed. If you’re out of items, update the app so customers can’t order them or at least ask before making substitutions. I’m tired of paying for one thing and always getting something completely different.

I ordered a bacon, egg cheese sandwich, as well as three donuts. Both of the women working there were absolutely sweet and accommodated for me because I ordered something they were sold out of and they replaced it with no hesitation. I accidentally left before receiving the sandwich, but I completely forgot about it once I bit into one of the donuts. This is gonna become my regular Dunkins from now on!
