- ARAriana RuizSep 22, 20261.02nd location I've tried this morning. The item I wanted to order was unavailable, which I did not know until I arrived. The woman at the drive thru just said that they would explain at the window when I asked if they could just cancel the order. I get to the window and have to wait (mind you I'm running late for work now) and when I get to the window she starts off friendly, I've been to this location before and she's always very friendly. All she says is to pull up my app so that she can scan it but doesn't detail what she needs to scan and tells me to go into my order which I do and I tell her that there's nowhere to scan. I'm sure I was a bit irritated at this point being the second location I've tried today and it's only 7am and she immediately got defensive and caught an attitude with me and said "well just use the app then if you don't want my help". And so I tried to calmly tell her that I wasn't trying to give her an attitude that I was trying to show her that there was nothing to scan where I was looking and that I wasn't sure what to scan. She continued with an attitude and said that I was just mad and scrolling and I reiterated to her that I was trying to show her that I wasn't seeing an option to scan and that I was asking for her assistance on finding what to scan. Finally she walks me through it and we find the scan button and that was that and she kept continuing to rudely make remarks throughout the entire exchange about how she was trying to help me but I "just didn't want it". And that's why people choose Starbucks.

- MTMac TechAug 28, 20261.00 stars. Easily one of the worst Dunkin’ locations I’ve visited. The store manager was rude, dismissive, and acted like basic customer requests were an inconvenience. Her attitude was completely unprofessional and honestly makes me question how she was given a manager role. Another employee, Jenna, was equally rude and unpleasant. I’m genuinely surprised this location is still in business with such rude and unprofessional employees. My experiences seems no different from what many other reviewers have described about this location. The atmosphere is bitter, hostile, and completely lacking in basic customer service. You’re better off taking your business elsewhere, where customers are actually treated with friendliness and respect.
