  NOT OPEN. After driving 8 hours to stay at the hotel next to this location (chosen specifically to go to chipotle) we hit severe rain and then arrived 9:15 after the storm had passed. Arrive and they are “closed because of corporate”…. Yet it is open on the app and online. If closed then change the setting to closed. This is the second time I’ve ran into this at this location, said it’s open but it’s not. I get the weather was a concern, then mark your location CLOSED because traveling people have no other option. Blame corporate or blame the manager, either way won’t return.

  I was trying to place order through the phone. I spent 15 minutes talking to AI without giving me an option to talk to a real human. At the very end, the order got messed up. And I end up driving and ordering at the counter. I really wish The corporate would not be so greedy and use a real human instead of AI.

  Went in to get a bowl to go, staff were scraping the pans, one person cooking on grill, no communication, and all the staff looked miserable. They weren't even close to friendly. The place looked like it got hit by a tornado. There were 2 people in line and one family in dining room. I don't typically expect a lot from Chipotle but this was the worst experience I have ever encountered at one of their locations.

  DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS RESTAURANT. TWICE, my orders have been missing or entirely incorrect. The first time, I was missing $8 worth of steak. And then I got a half effort on the refund because it was initially processed as a “double portion”. Well news flash Chipotle, you don’t allow for double portions in app anymore. You have to buy a whole protein cup, which the double protein wasn’t applicable to. Today, I ordered 3 soft tacos. My dasher informs me they only have hard shells. So I ask for a burrito with the tacos filling I requested. They still sent her out with hard shell tacos. Absolutely abysmal management if you can’t A) ensure staff remember the entirety of an order that is TYPED OUT IN FRONT OF THEM. B) properly order items for restock. C) actually offer the customer a solution that fits what they actually ordered.

  Burnt food. Rice was burnt. Chicken was burnt and black. Employees were nice. Portion was a little small.
