  Extremely Disappointing and Disgusting Experience The restaurant was dirty, the trash was overflowing, and to make matters worse, I found a fly in my lettuce. I returned the food to the cashier and clearly stated that I did not want another meal. Not only did he fail to apologize, but he didn’t even attempt to offer a refund. He simply went about his day as if nothing had happened. Meanwhile, three employees were standing around chatting in the kitchen while the only female employee appeared to be handling the drive-through window. The lack of cleanliness, food safety, and basic customer service was absolutely unacceptable. Finding a fly in your food is disgusting enough, but the complete lack of concern from the staff made the experience even worse. I left feeling disgusted and disappointed. I will never eat at this location again. Management needs to take a serious look at the cleanliness of this restaurant, food safety practices, and how customers are treated when something goes wrong.

  The service was great for us (queen with the hot pink lips and winged liner..slay) HOWEVER, a gentleman came in with a wheelchair and he and his wife couldn't get in without a struggle because there are no buttons to open the doors. I opened the door for them and also requested the staff help them out when they're done. Additionally, the layout is definitely next to impossible for those in wheelchairs as it's tight quarters. I mean, did nobody think of this while designing the place? Ridiculous and isk how it's ADA compliant.

  We picked up our order through the Chipotlane because we were working and needed to get back. When I opened my bowl, I noticed a few chunks of avocado that clearly were not guacamole. Since guacamole costs an additional $2.95, I was understandably frustrated. I started moving things around and found a huge chunk of avocado. I paid for guacamole, not half of an avocado thrown into a bowl. There is a difference. I brought my bowl back, and the employee who helped me initially was nice. However, when they took the bowl to the drive-through employee to have it remade, that employee brought it back with a snarky attitude and made me feel like I was being difficult for simply asking for what I paid for. That was completely unnecessary and inappropriate. If the bowl had simply been fixed, there would have been no issue. Unfortunately, it gets worse. I opened my SECOND bowl, and there was literally a piece of avocado peel in the guacamole. What is going on at this location today? We come to this Chipotle regularly and typically don't have issues, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect that when you pay extra for guacamole, you actually receive guacamole. I don't want plain chunks of avocado and avocado peel. I am including pictures for reference because the attitude I received made it seem as though I was somehow being unreasonable. I wasn't. Whoever is preparing the guacamole at this location needs to pay much closer attention to what they are putting in the bowls.

  Oliver was awesome! Very friendly, staff was having fun even though it was a late night rush! All happy and friendly and joking with eachother. Great vibes all around, will definitely be back just to see all them! (Date listed 09-06 8:20pm)
