Not sure where to start, the 15min wait at the window for a burger and tots, watching a guy change out the trash bags and toss them in the dumpster and then go inside and immediate walk out carrying several orders to people at the stalls or the guy inside ( assume an employee) walking around the kitchen area with a burger eating and talking over the prep tables all while a manager sat there and looked on.
If news were to break out of a wave of food poisoning or massive health code violations it would come as no surprise.

Had an issue with a delivery order. When we called to resolve said issue, we were told they couldn't do anything about it and that they were too busy to fix this for us. Will never do business here again.

We have been long time sonic customers. Over the past 12–18 months the service and accuracy of orders have been extremely poor. I’d say at least every other time we order something is incorrect.
I have worked in food service and customer service, and other stand mixups happen, but with at least a 50% error rate just for our orders, I’m guessing this is either a training issue or an issue of indifference.
On 4/11 I ordered a dirty cherry limeade. The limeade was not dirty. I pulled around to the drive thru and explained the issue. I was tired, it had been a very long week and I just asked if they could refund the difference of $1.80 for the incorrect drink. ( I cannot be certain, but it did sound as though a team member wasn’t aware that their headset was on and it sounded as though I was being referred to by a very insulting name). I’ m hoping I misheard this because I was not angry, demanding, or being unkind.. I just wanted a refund of the difference.
Sheldon came out trying very hard to resolve the situation because the manager’s only option was for them to remake the drink. Sheldon has always gone above and beyond anytime we’ve gone to Sonic and frankly seems to be the only team member who remembers that customers are the ones paying for everyone’s wages and salaries. My request was not outrageous and no one other than Sheldon was even willing to try and correct it. I wasn’t wanting a full refund, I simply wanted the difference of what was paid and not received. I left without any kind of refund, as Sheldon was instructed that he could only offer to remake my drink. So I just decided to leave without this being resolved at all … and just very disappointed by the experience ( and so many other experiences) over the past year or so.
We probably come to Sonic 3-5 times a week. YOU HAVE PERMANENTLY LOST MY BUSINESS. My family and I will find an alternative restaurant… maybe they won’t have as many options, but I’m done spending money with a restaurant that no longer cares about their customers or customer experience..I pray you can fix whatever the problem is and focus more on the costumer experience and not what’s easiest for the staff members … particularly when they are the ones continuing to make errors but not learning from them.

It just doesn't taste good I've tried to eat your several times and it's just not working. The burgers are bland and the chili dog was terrible

Everytime I come to this sonic, service is always fast and food is always good! Everytime I've come, Sheldon has been our "Carhop" and does a great job! He deserves some recognition for his enthusiasm and hard work! Keep it up!
