- CBChuck Bitker1 day ago1.0Called in this morning to order 6 pizzas for delivery for a team supper tonight. They took our order, didn't ask for our name. Took our phone number but didn't take a payment. Figured we would pay for it when it arrived. It never arrived. They need called or gave a reason, and when I called I was on hold for 10 minutes and they finally answered and said their phone system was down. So apparently none of the people there knew how to use their cell phone or deliver the pizzas. The team waited 30 extra minutes out in the cold for pizza that never showed up, and I'm left being the bad guy because I figured 6 hours was plenty of lead time for 6 pizzas. Probably for the best. Their pizza isn't even that good. Guess I'll be calling someone else next time.

- TKTed KovandaOct 6, 20261.0Second time in the last year that I have ordered Pizza Hut from this location and had a terrible Experience. I Ordered Pizza Hut for convenience pay a delivery driver to bring it to my house and they leave large portions of the order missing like pizza wings, and it totally takes out of the convenience of ordering pizza. And I understand mistakes happen, but this place will not answer the phone for hours on end just completely ignore the phone last time. It wouldn’t answer the phone so I drove there and the phone is ringing and people were just Hanging out, ignoring it. They also told me last time that they would refund my order and it never was refunded over $90. I don’t understand who is running this place and how they’re not fired. They have totally ruined this location. Do not bother and order somewhere else.
- JHJenny HaddonSep 5, 20261.0Ordered a large extra pepperoni, light sauce. Came with two inches of crust before any toppings started, and a thick layer of sauce with only 3 pieces of pepperoni averaging in each piece. Not the first time this has happened. We will actively avoid ordering from here in the future.
