  Service at this location is horrible and extremely slow. The food is often incorrect and the manager is unwilling to meet the customers needs

  Abysmal customer service, and unreal wait times. 5 separate visits while I was in the states and each visit was at LEAST 25 minutes. Forget fast food, they are butchering the cow back there.

  zachary deserves a raise!! it seems he may have been only employee here, too!! a fancier restaurant in town turned us down because they're kitchen was closed - so we figured we'd try it here for the first time! even though the stall we pulled up to was broken; instead of just ignoring us he came out to our vehicle and memorized our order. i was so impressed!! as a fellow fast food worker, i was delighted by his service!! the food came out FRESH, HOT, and fast!! yum!! delectable!! thank you for a great experience!

  We decided to stop by Sonic to pick up some cheese sticks and a couple of drinks for our drive back to Arapahoe on Saturday, 5/30. After taking our order in the drive through, we waited nearly a half hour and still weren’t to the window. We eventually just got out of line and drove off without our order. Terrible service. Probably won’t be back
