  It’s not 2020 and Covid is over! I don’t want to eat in my car. I want to sit down and eat but I can’t because the lobby is closed again. It’s been this way all week. Thought things were better when they fired the last manager for running off staff but I guess not. Can’t even put a sign up that the lobby is closed and it’s raining all day.

  They need to hire more people. I am very nice when it comes to food industry’s because I understand but I don’t understand why they don’t hire more people I put in a online order at 11:30 and it wasn’t ready until 12:50 because the inside was closed I’m late to work now and I get a point when I’m late so thank you so muchh

  They always forget something. Forget the sauce I asked for. Put cheese on the order of someone I know who asked for no cheese. Once, I asked for a Baja Blast and they gave me a Midnight. 2-3 times (including today!!!) I asked for Dorito Supreme Tacos. I asked for no tomatoes (I love tomatoes. Just not the icky Taco Bell ones.) and they didnt just get rid of the tomatoes. There is also no lettuce and no sour cream. I paid for supreme, no tomato. They gave me regular. It's also annoying how no meal ever comes with sides unless you pay extra. Their lobby is always closed. They close early now at night because they are short staffed. Maybe if they had better management and paid better attention to customers wants, they might actually be doing okay. Atp, I dont even want to call and drive all the way back there to get new ones. At least the food tastes good when everything is there.

  I ordered on the app with pick up inside. When I arrived the doors were locked so I went to the drive thru with about 15 cars in it. Since I already paid I figured I would wait. I have now been sitting here for over an hour and still don't have my food. Enought time to leave a review do not eat here. This is insane!

  What an absolute nightmare of a business. I hope every employee working tonight (09/10/2026) is unemployed by next week. You wanna be a terrible employee then go elsewhere. Do not take it out on the customers. You are all in the service industry and to ignore a customer who has a inside pickup order but you have the doors locked is THEFT. You stole my food and my money. I will be calling management tomorrow and it will not be a friendly conversation. Avoid this place like the plague.
