    You know...its McDonalds. Hit and miss with food quality and service. BIG TIME bummer being told time after time that the ice cream or shake machines are down. This inconvenience has been happening for what....one...maybe 2 decades? Word of advice gang? Remove the temptation from the menu if you cant deliver goods! Complaints would inevitably cease. Feel me?
