I was on the phone for more than 15 minutes, spoke with 2 robots and 3 real people (first didn't seem to know what she was doing and couldn't find my order- by name, address, or order number; second listened to my whole explanation again and then asked me to hold and never came back), only to twice be accused of lying about what I said by the "manager" who was already so defensive and annoyed when he picked up the phone that he couldn't be bothered to pay close enough attention to what I was saying to understand the plain English coming out of my mouth. No apology, no explanation, just accusations and attitude like it was my fault for daring to call and ask for what I ordered. An hour and forty minutes after my initial order, I did FINALLY get my pizza... after being yelled at and hung up on. By the "manager".
