  Waited 20 minutes for our order. Happy meal was forgotten. Waited longer than just running back inside for the happy meal. Ended up with part of someone else's order and 2 of our sandwiches were missing.

  Placed a curbside order and waited for 15 minutes before going inside and asking where our order was. Management had already cleared the order from the board and we waited a total of 35 minutes for poor service, dirty kitchen and underdone fries.

  Went at 7:12 am and waited for 35 minutes for 2 sandwiches and 2 iced coffees. Took the orders to go. Once we got on the road one of the sandwiches was wrong, we were missing a hash brown, one of the iced drinks was missing ice, and our food was cold. They were very understaffed!

  I wish I could give less than one star for my recent experience at this location. I was going through the drive-through waiting my turn and I pulled up to the speaker. There was the standard are using the app today and I said no. Then I started to wait patiently as I knew the person in the other line was there first. After they drove up, I was ready to give my order and was greeted with nothing but silence. Then I heard them taking the order of the person in the other line again and I wondered If they didn’t realize I was there so I said hello no response. The other line continued to move as customer after customer continued to be served, as I was ignored and given no explanation as to why. It was then I became upset and I was like what is going on. They finally responded with an arrogant and argumentative tone stating that they were having issues with this line. I said well you can obviously hear me and it would’ve been nice to know earlier. They proceeded to take another few orders from the other line before finally taking mine. I ordered and drove up paid at the first window, the employee there was very friendly. Then I drove up to the window to receive my food where the person who actually took my order was. She proceeded to ignore me for a good long while before, thrusting my drink and food at me continuing her trend of condescension. I took my food and drove off. Upon opening my food, which was just a sausage egg and biscuit, I noticed that it was covered in burned black bits, which I assume we’re probably from the floor or maybe the grease bucket that they dropped it in so I threw it away. So whoever was running the drive-through at 8 am on May 7th 2026, probably should get some help with their customer service skills. A simple solution would have been to inform me that they were experiencing technical difficulties via the microphone that was obviously working as she could hear and speak to me. I would have been far more gracious if you had taken 2 seconds to let me know instead of choosing to ignore me.

  The slowest mcdonalds I’ve ever been to. The drive thru takes so long they have everyone park so their drive thru timer is in good standing. When I get to the window to receive my food the man hands me the wrong meal and asks if I ordered the coke. After I nicely say umm no that’s not my order he proceeds to look at me like I’m one in the wrong. He then doesn’t even look at the computers before handing me another meal and asks me to look at it, I do and say to him “this is the wrong meal again. I also had two kids meals…” he then tells me to pull around and park so I say to myself oh well honest mistake. No it takes 10 MINUTES for someone to come out with my food and doesn’t even bring the drinks. When i ask the lady where my drinks are she says “he told me he gave them to you” i said obviously not if I’m asking for them. She then asks me “well then what did he give you?” Are you kidding me? This is when I started getting really irritated and told her “nothing i have received nothing. No drinks and have been sitting here for 10 minutes for my food” she just stares at me…I left without the drinks because that was absolutely ridiculous. Oh best part is after all of this when I reach in the happy meals to give my kids I realize all the food is cold. Horrible service would never come back here again.
