They don’t pay attention to orders and make the sandwiches with the wrong items. Horrible location other JJ’s don’t have these problems.

- DNDrew NewtonAug 8, 20261.0This store used to be really good and fast but now not so much. Did an order online and went through the drive-through and went very slow. Seems like each car took about 10-15 mins to get the food. And the last few times seem like something was wrong with our food. The last 3 times had to go back and get our order right. Ordering online seems to do nothing anymore with how long it takes to get your food. Example last time did an order online and went inside to see if it was different but wasn’t. Told my name and waited and at least 10 people came in behind me and ordered at register and got their food before me. Even the bread is sometimes very chewy and not cooked all the way.
