    Apparently you need to call after placing your pick up order to try and see if they will actually start making it right away. Every time I order ahead here they don’t start making it until you arrive. Every time!

    I used the mobile app to order ahead and make sure I didnt order anything wrong since i was ordering for my coworkers. Not only did the staff have an attitude but neither one of my sandwiches was made correct. I was hoping it was a once time thing but seeing as other people have consistently had the same issues maybe its time to hire new staff. I will not be returning to this location.

    This location has gone downhill severely in the last few weeks. It’s always been hit or miss at this location- especially with their high turnover in employees. Last three visits the last two weeks during lunch- every sandwich has been missing even the standard items on the sandwich. Lucky to even get a pinch of lettuce. Paid for extras such as bacon and didn’t receive. Burnt and old bread, portions seem off, not following any modifications. These have been the worst Jimmy John’s sandwiches I’ve had at any location- really tarnishing the name of the company with the products that have come from this location.

    I used the app to order ahead of time for lunch today. While they were fast to get it ready and the staff was nice, maybe they should double check? When I got home, 1 sandwich wasn’t even wrapped in the paper, the side dressing was less than half full, 1 sandwich had only 2 slices of meat on it and the 3rd’s bread was hard as a rock so I had to take everything off of it. We’ve had so many problems with this location, I hope it can be worked out.

    Placed a mobile order. They lost it several times while I was there. I talked to 3 people. Took 50 min and 2 inquiries to get my 2 sandwiches. The guys were nice... but 50min?!
