  We stopped at Jimmy John’s because we expected quick, consistent food, especially since we were on a tight time frame. Instead, we ended up waiting 25 minutes for our food even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. What made it worse was that no one communicated with us at all. We were left sitting there wondering if our order was ever coming out and finally had to ask the employees ourselves. On top of that, the bathrooms were disgusting with a brown ring around the toilets and no paper towels, and the drink station was out of ice. Overall, the restaurant felt poorly managed and unclean. “Freaky Fast” definitely did not apply here. I hope management sees this and reaches out because this experience was really disappointing.

  Food was good but young guy who was working window was texting on his phone the whole 25 mins we sat in drive thru. Tried to give us our drinks and not our food I said well I need my food! We would have been gone in 10 mins cause the people making the sandwiches were doing great but he was taking his time obviously cause he was texting on his phone!

  Drive thru consistently takes 15 minutes regardless of ordering ahead. Order was not prepared correctly. Turned around in the car and brought back for them to remake. Order was again filled incorrectly despite it being a mobile order I order weekly.
